  Walked down the shopping area yesterday . Saw this man begging and holding a plastic drinks cup out for money . He had a dog with him wrapped in a towel shivering . I  went to the pet shop , bought some dog treats and gave them to the dog . As i looked back he and the dog were sharing them .
