i just played a course invite that said play st.andrews and earn 25 extra credits. i played and did not recieve my credits this isn't the first time this has happened
Did the invite go away and simply not give you the credits? Or is the Invite still available?

Pretty certain ths is what the OP is refering to. There is a distinct difference between XP and credits which many newer players do not understand.
Experience points (XP) boost your level allowing you to buy better equipment whilst Credits are required to pay for them.
