I don't know if WGT is working on correcting the problems this VEM is creating but the fact is, it is throwing most shots way short or to long. Putts that should have gone in the hole, missed by 1 inch. Really. You have created a game that if you had a professional computer tech come in to find operational bugs. They would shut the system down because of all the mistakes. Have a real PGA Pro come in and play a round with the VEM on them and see what their response is. If they would say it's more realistic. I know when They play a course, they have calculations they have learned to get a controlled response from their action. They know what club and swing will work because it was the same or similar every time. Here it is so inconsistent you don't know what to hit. Sometimes you get lucky but most times not and thats aggrevating.
You will continue to get bad comments until you realize that it was a mistake to change what was working so well. Probably a suggestion from a young, just out of college tech that sold you on the Novus1000v VEM as a marketing tool to get more people to upgrade their equipment to get the VEM removed from their account. Make there game more like it was before. To try to create a more level playing field is like saying that Legend or Tour master can now be beaten by the Amateur or Pro player who drives from a tee 46 yrds forward.
Let the Amateur and Pro play as much as we have and they will get to higher tiers and but better equipment. Don't interfere with what was working to try to control the outcome by force. That's ridiculous to even think that if you punish the people, they will buy from you. What company ever survived by doing that? I don't know what company did and if there was one, I doubt their still around.
You will not get a straight answer because they don't want us to know that they made a mistake and it was being used for personal gain. They could be sued. Unless they come out and admit what the VEM was intended to do and if it is going to be removed.
