I KNOW that I am going to ruffle some feathers with this post but Oh Well.

It may not seem like it with this post BUT I really don't care what people "shoot" for their scores.  I only try to shoot my best regardless of any "glitches" that pop up and I would rather shoot very badly than to cheat.  I do not compete against anyone else only myself in this game.

I have played golf for 23 years, I have played this game for 9 months and have gotten to know this game pretty well.  Just like everyone else, I have ran across many numerous "glitches" in these games and I can understand that because a program of this caliber has a whole lot of complexities which are difficult to deal with, and many things may not work just right.  Some of them the people here are working on and many others that they do not know about until we let them know.

Now to get to the point of this post:  There is no way anyone can shoot 10 under or close to that with the way that they have this tournament set up.  It is EXTREMELY difficult to play and that is the way that I like them, regardless of the scores.  Even in real life, the harder the course is the better I like it.  I will leave it open that someone can shoot that low of a score once but only IF (and that is a very BIG if) every shot that they make happens to go perfectly or near perfect.  But that type of score on a difficulty like this is a "once in a lifetime" game.  It is just like an amateur can shoot 20 under on the real Open and win by a big margin.

I apologize to anyone that takes offense at this and is shooting an honest game because I truly do not refer to you in this post.  Well I guess I've gotten that off my chest.

Not that I give a crap about they must be all cheaters comments, but in 5 pages of leaderboard, there is only 1 player below level 90, might it be the reason is you have absolutely no idea how the the level 90 irons may play.

Could it be possible that the lvl 90 equipment is just simply that much better.

A little research goes a long way.

you'll not ruffle any feathers because we've heard it all before from so many people, many times a week and for years :)

these types of threads are now considered more boring than watching paint dry or cockroaches copulating (so I've been told)

In a nutshell, rqueen. The game changes quite a bit with top equipment and the experience to go with it. You'll see, stick with it.  ;-)

If you're really lucky you might find cockroaches copulating in wet paint...now that's a party!

I don't know if anyone is cheating for starters. Don't even know IF it's really possible to cheat because I've never researched it. I would however like to sit there with someone that shoots a 57 or 58 on this course and observe how it's done!! There is absolutely no way I could do it but that doesn't mean a "FEW" people can't. I do have a bit of stretch to see so many players shoot those scores......

After I posted 57, I bailed on so many rounds (trying to get to 56) that posting a 58 was just wasting another 10 minutes.

I understand what you're saying (not accusing anyone, just want to see how it's done)...but best advice I can give you after 100's of looks at the greens, is find where to stay where you have an uphill putt...better to be 20 feet out and have an uphill putt fairly straight, than 6 feet with a down hill curler.

    LC's Streaming Page

I don't have my 57 recorded on stream, but my 58 is recorded there.  It is possible to shoot the scores with a ton of practice and some luck.  I started and restarted and restarted several times until I got to the end result, which is making the cut.

Feel free to drop in and chat it up if you see my red "LIVE" sticker on the show.  Otherwise, check out a few of my other favorite rounds I have recorded.
