  I have to hold at the top of the back-swing for 6 to 8 seconds in a vain attempt to get a smooth meter. I'm sure lots of others do too.

  Hey go back to your WGTLS rock and crawl back under...ever hear of a practice swing..if you took one you would know if meter is jerky or not...No you and your wgtls buddies try to put restictions on the game to favor you...IF YOU TAKE MORE THAN 20 SECONDS TO HIT A DRIVE YOUR CHEATING.....IF YOU HOLD YOUR BACK SWING LONGER THAN 2- 4 SECONDS YOUR CHEATING...thats all you talk about over there cheating this cheating that and what's really bad you IDIOTS CANT EVEN SEE YOUR SUCKING THE FUN OUT OF THE GAME. 

  HAHAHA WHATS YOUR PROBLEM WITH WGTLS RMCHANGIN GOD KNOWS U PLAYED THERE LONG ENOUGH.... OR DID U GET KICKED OFF FOR CHEATIN LOL...

  AS FOR YOU COURTNEY..... UR PROB A CHEAT YEAH... I NEVER HEARD THAT BS B4 IN MY LIFE HAHA

   

  NO I QUIT    I found being a round people like you left a bad taste in my mouth....I do find it ironic that someone who was called out months ago for using a cheat program is now posting how to spot cheats....and to do in a way that piogen holes most of the players on WGT as cheats is just mind blowing. For the owner of wgtls to allow this forum post is just as mind blowning..Read the post if you take over 2- 4 seconds on bac swing your cheating....played a few rounds since i read your post i checked the avg is a round 7 - 12 seconds unless every swinging dic on this site is cheating and if so whats the problem

  Why so Pissed.....How long are the people at wgtls going to keep this cheating crap up Drop it already there has been plenty of post on this subject others have posted the menu trick i have known about it since last year. All it does is stir up the newer players and they go out and start accusing all players of being cheats...The post peigon hole players into shooting one way and only one way...well maybe i like to take a couple of practice swings maybe it takes me a little longer to set up my shot maybe i got stuck in between views so it takes me a little longer.....maybe my EFF'N meter is doing the Mickie Jackson Thriller dance  so i let my meter time out....By that Post I'm a cheater.....But no i'm not a cheater it's called a routine all golfers have a routine some fast some slow...And to the jackass tour master who started this, cause you read a post and went off half cocked and called me a cheat....while we were playing i checked your back swing time your's wasn't in the 2 - 4 second range i guess your a cheater also oh but wait you use G-20's that makes a differance in time...something that wasn't explained in the post how balls and clubs change the meter time. No they made a blanket comment anything over 2-4 seconds your cheating...

  Seems as if what Courtney says is probably true but to me its NEWS i never heard it b4 in my life... so i commented. Just because i comment dont give you the right to start mouthin off like the angriest man in angry land...

  im never going to drop it they spoil the game. i played a match the other day and 1 player took 26 seconds backswing and put it to under a foot which is very much beyond them normally. 1 other shot 18 second backswing put it to 3feet again not normal. i wouldnt say 2-4 seconds but i get worried if a player goes over 15 seconds. fed up with the cheats. they make fools out of the game therefore they make fools out of wgt but wgt dont seem to care, cheats buy balls just like honest players. wgt should be ashamed they let it go on making fun out of their product.

  Two putts two misses...................most people's point exactly on the cheat's......Maybe WGTmight do themselves a favour if they kept people more informed?? Not sure myself as fuel on fire?? Still quickly looking at a couple of other game sites they seemed do it......................  Up to WGT........

  Thank you courteney...When i tell people i do this,  they say it doesn't make differnace.. I dont know about you but i have seen a differance some times i let it time out if meter is real jerky...Greg

  Gosh, looks like WW3 broke out overnight (my time).

  I will chime in on this aspect. I do sometimes see the value holding at the top of the swing. I use an older laptop to play, specs are not great but for the majority of the time, my meter is ok. Having said that I use Tanti Meter, which I have open when I play - all it does is monitor CPU usage in real time. Often when I pull back the meter, there is a small spike in my CPU, so I hold for 2-4 seconds max till it drops, then hit. I can't recall holding longer than that and could see no benefit of holding at the top of the swing longer.

  Yes there will be players out there cheating and my guess is they are the players who are still barely breaking par. For me it is a game to be enjoyed (and I don't play for credits) so see little point in doing so, so if I did play someone who used such a program, all I would feel is pity, on them for being so pathetic.
