  I just can't get my head round back spin into the wind making it go further, doesn't seem right, lol. Every other shot into the wind with backspin loses yardage and yet this club gains??

  Not doubting the advice, it's much appreciated. A bit more experimenting is required I think ;-)

  Everyone knows that the drag coefficient of white paint is less than black so the speed of the white club should be .0003 mph faster with the result of a 2.7 inch gain over 300 yards.

  My research conflicts by nearly 1/10th inch.  Black will soak solar energy thus allowing less friction.  15,000 XP til L93 and black is my new favourite colour LMFBO

  With no spin the 8 degree loft will "bore" through the wind and get on the ground quicker and roll. Lift it with bs and it's in the air longer for more carry.

  Your right Jim but your findings are based on Southern Hemisphere calculations and may be different than mine from the Northern.
