  Let me start by saying that i own a small company.

  It's very hard to find young people that have work ethics and are willing to put in a hard days work.

  I pay these kids $25 an hour and they cant get up, in the morning for another day of work.

  I'm pushing 50 and have more energy than these kids.; Anybody out there that needs a job... (Fraservalley, B.C) let me know.

  It's mostly commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

  Had a  landscaping   business  awhile back in Ca. (late  eighties.) I payed $15 an hour to start and the only people who would work more than 4 hrs. were people from south of the  boarder. Worked their butts off and thought I was either a saint or and idiot to be paying $15. and hr. Never took a day off and were always on time. Things sure have changed..lol.

  Welcome to the world of lazy, illiterate youth. Wait about 20 years and these "kids" will be running the planet!  Wow, glad I won't be here. First they have to learn how to spell and then how to count..lol that'll be the day I think! Good luck, wish I was there.

  Really? $25.00 an hour and no takers. I've posted this on many sites. We are a sad race. what a shame.

  yeah, in my country kids nowadays have to use calculators to divide 100 by 3; these are kids who finished school .. they haven't a clue .. unfortunately most of our schooling system consists of idiots training apprentice idiots .. in the words of the wise Yoda "strooong the stupid flows through you"
