The BEST way would be to advertise it in the game client window, similar to the "maintenance in xxxx" letting EVERYONE know. Just my opinion. Many don't look at the news, let alone the forums , sadly!
I've advertised it in my CCs forum, but I think those in the club are much as you describe, Alan. Few ever look at the forum.
We should get a side post, we are making WGT money, we should have a pop up commercial that drives players crazy, like the other dumb $hit we don't want to see that we have to watch before every game. We are creating revenue. hello WGT.
