ANNOYING enviro sounds

  Personally I find it grating n the nerves and unsettling to constantly hear sounds of what appears to be jets flying above on Merion. On other courses I noticed pleasant bird chirping, but the "white Noise" jet  sound is truly a detriment to the WGT experience not an improvement.

  Personally I have my sound turned off so cannot really comment, However just email me next time you play Merion and I will contact ATC to see if we can get restricted airspace over the course.

   And I will never invite you to play at my club in Sydney, which is a mere 9 iron away from the airport.

  For me, no sound of jets around is not golf.

  In real life almost every course I play is near a runway or freeway so I'm used to the noise.

  When I play WGT i just mute the computer so they could be setting off bombs and I wouldn't care. I usually have the tv or the stereo on while I'm playing here. The stereo is usually on some kind of decent music but I have been known to play soothing environmental sounds if I really want natural sounds in the background while I play. Ocean waves if I'm playing a course near the beach or mountain streams if it's another course.

  In the opposite viewpoint, I would like to hear the sounds.  I think I have it set right but never hear anything.  Do i turn off blockers or anything special I need to do?  Intelligent comments welcome if on point.  My nickle.
