In the mean time... How about a 2nd Best of the Hardest?  The one we have now doesn't include Merion, Olympic or Oakmont.  Keep the original and add a 2nd BOH.

Augusta would certainly be terrific, but I would never rate it above Pine Valley, Cypress Point or Shinnecock Hills. Just to see the work of the Stanford White Clubhouse would be a treat.

How about a course from Italy,France,China,Japan or even Australia.  It is WGT after all.

I don't know about Olympic but part of the deal that allows us to have Oakmont is that it can't be split up and any of the holes used in best of courses.

You could always just think of Oakmont as another best of hardest anyway.

    Along with Merion.

    And Olympic.

Edit: What am I saying?  Olympic is already used on best of courses, must only be Oakmont that isn't allowed.

The next "Best of Hardest" in WGT will probably consist of every par 4 on BPB.

Sadly, history & tradition can't be had by the snap of fingers.

Why not bring Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Edgewater, and Wolf Creek out of the CTTH closet, and play them as full 18 course's. Find new CTTH course's.

Otherwise, i'd pick Cog Hill #4, Spyglass Hills, Blackwolf Run, Whistling Straits, TPC at Sawgrass, Valderama, Winged Foot, or get those Oregon course's up and running.
