  Thanks for the explanation, jsweetcr. I didn't know that a new one wasn't created until the previous one was completed. I thought the new one was created as soon as the previous one filled up and started.

  I can see why those of you who depend on that quick payout need them to close in a timely manner.

  A new one is created but if you are still entered in the previous one or awaiting payout it is not available to you. If you sign up for a RG it needs to fill and be paid out before you can enter a new version of that same RG, so turnover for some is important. With high stakes as some say, who cares how long lets just create them and when they fill they fill, others just want all of the RGs to turn over fast so they can bank credits as quick as possible
