Mostly pros,when you establish an avg. in your tier your avg. will not go up only down.i am sick of playing and then they quit on the last hole.I will not play with pros anymore
It isn't just the Pro's. My solution was to only play a round with a person with a green or yellow dot for completion. Never accept to play with a player with an orange dot. Simple, my nickle.

Best just to play against people that you know. Being in an active country club helps too.
