Brutal conditions in the RG's the last 3 days.  Every par 5 has the wind against, and every par 3 has the wind behind.  I'm sure it's because I've been playing them a lot lately.  It's like Comcast- if you're new, they treat you nice.  Long time customers who always return take it up the azz.

I did this once before- didn't play RG's for a week or two, and when I started playing again, the conditions were pretty fair... for awhile.  Gonna test that theory again.

I know what you mean...I shoot a 56 at oakmont on a CC tournament. Then turn around and play an RG and take it deep in the ass AGAIN! Having to forfeit and eat credits once *** again!!!  How the hell does my game keep changing in RG's. I'm going in *** sane over this *** game!

No sense in going insane over a readygo!! If it's not your turn it's not your turn ... We all know the readygo seen and what happens in them (which is anything goes)

They're getting quite competitive. Shot -11 on a nine-holer yesterday, with high winds and champ greens, and lost credits...

Me too .... the Legend Best of Par 5 F9 RG .... shot -11 and ended up in no. 12 position ... had a chance with 6 eagle putts and only converted on two of them. Short tee RG's on the Best Of Par 5 course ensures insanely low scores....

That RG is not really a best of par 5 RG. Those are long (some moderate length) par 4s you're playing. Just think of it as 2 under par on a 9 hole, all par 4 course

Agreed. Even in to the wind, you're still hitting irons in to most of the greens. Just think it's crazy to lose money shooting what is 'technically' -11 on 9 holes.

Yes, had it been an all par 4 course, GlassMan and I would have carded 2 under. But I beg to differ... it really is a Best of Par 5 course and you get the score you would get from a par 5 course. Never mind that we're shooting from the amateur tees... the reality is, it's still a par 5 track.
