Can we have only single play for Virtual tour?

  Just wondering if WGT can go to single play for the Virtual tour, and go to 4 rounds?

   

  Unlimited play just does not seem appropriate for what is supposed to be the elite tour.

   

  Please, let us have 4 rounds of single play under different conditions (even if one has to be the crazy conditions that WGTshoe sometimes has in his tourneys)

  hi

  some of our tournaments are one entree while others are not. it just depends :)

  all ready go's are one agree as well.

  And that's why I LOVE the RGs... single play

   

  does this mean that the VIRTUAL TOUR will have some single entry tourneys with no unlimited play rounds?

  I love single play too, but I wouldn't hold my breath. It's the unlimited play that's wearing our balls out and I expect total ball hits in a monthly tournament would drop by over 90%, if not more. It would be a great move from the sport aspect, but a very poor choice from the business perspective.

  I hadn't even looked at the Virtual Tour because I just knew I couldn't be competitive enough to bother.

  I had assumed it was single play because of the magnitude of the event and because allowing multiple plays just meant that the "cheaters" would start over and over until they got the score they wanted.

  I understand the idea of giving everybody a shot at doing well by allowing unlimited plays, but it actually astounds me to learn that the Virtual Tour is unlimited.

     The same players are still going to be at the top. Please explain to us how the cheating works sir in unlimited play. Best I can tell each player has the same options in each competition. 

    It's simply unlimited for the $'s, balls balls and more balls. Icon has to be paid!

  Single play is better, single play is fairer, single play will show who the real top players are.

  But that's just my opinion.

  Not in the virtual tour we don't, or we haven't yet, which is what the OP was asking.

  You are talking about the whole of WGT, which has a good mix from which people can choose, but the tour should be 4 single play rounds EVERY ROUND.

  We all know why you have unlimited rounds, but yet you insult us by trying to skirt the question or change the subject. But yet the majority want single play, and I think more would enter if it was, therefore the revenue would still be very profitable.

  It is by far the fairest way, and would reveal the true top players here, rather than those who are more  persistent, lets say, or have way to much time and credits.

  I'm not saying that the top players aren't at the top, but the 2nd round of the transamerica is already revealing the true quality players against those who needed multiple restarts..............Me included.
