  Autistic nephew wandered from school a few years back, luckily he was found safe and sound.

  MC, my son once drifted from his teacher's aide at school and almost ran in front of a bus.  He's homeschooled now....but wandering is something that autistic children will do.

  Anyone with autistic children have to be very watchful...especially where there is water around.   I'm so glad my son is a really good swimmer...but it's a danger!
