  It's my understanding that 6 months the minimum amount of time it takes WGT to produce a new course after they have taken the 200,000 to 300,00 photos they need.

  I shudder at the though of having to edit 300,000 photos.

  Because WGT said it would be released on Dec.10

   

  Final Round - Thu 12/11 to Sun 12/14 - single-play round on a brand new WGT strokeplay course to be announced (will be released on 12/10 for practice rounds

  Why in the world would they stage the VT Finals on a Bandon Par-3 course, makes no sense...Must be PB....It's supposed to be a "televised" Showcase....

  I sure hope you're right. The only thing that puzzles me about that is PB wouldn't have the same $ generating power it would have as a major tournament, like the Opens. Seems WGT is missing out.

  Imagine a big "Pebble Beach Virtual Inauguration" event during the Holidays...

  Or would they wait for the Pro-Am in February (2-9 to 2-15)?

  Maybe I am being overly sceptical but the bolded part of this WGT statements worries me.

  The top 4 Tour Legends will play in a final round (on a brand new WGT strokeplay course) and will need to stream that round on Twitch, so other players can watch. Held 12/11 to 12/14 for another prize purse of 500,000 WGT Credits. See details below.

  It would not surprise me if only these top 4 Tour Legends were given access to the new course and the rest of us were locked out until after the Virtual Tour Championship rounds have finished.

  I have no worries - I take this as given. If they keep their promise of a new course for that special round, it will be locked to us mere mortals at least until 12/15.
