Any possibility of designing a practice range? Players could buy a bucket of balls and try different shots with different clubs. There could be target greens. The player could change the wind setting as well. Possibly also an opportunity to try out different clubs before purchasing. Also of interest would be a practice putting green. Thoughts, comments?

It's been asked many times Schirmer, and I believe (but not sure) that it is on the roadmap. You had to go down that path of selling buckets of balls, didn't you, lol.....

A driving range would indeed be great. Maybe a Work-out Area...Driving range, putting green and chipping area? You could set it up in either a "bucket of balls" or a time element thing or both.

Bucket of Balls: I'd pay say 10c for a 200 ball bucket. Then once the bucket is bought it stays in your account until the bucket is empty.

The Time Element: I pay say 10c for an hour work out on the Driving range. That too could stay in your account until the entire hour is used.

Food for thought gentlemen and have a super day!

Well I might as well add my 2 cents. How about 5 cr for a bag of wood tees,7cr for a bad of brush tees,8cr for a bag of plastic ones with the little fingers stickin up to set ur ball on. Its all boosheet just like the rest of the cockamamie ideas I read on how they can get deeper into our pockets.

Thanks Johnie for your very constructive critisium...appreciate it! To start off with this game doesn't use any tees and the other is this was an idea to get the members something going. I think the ultimate of a "free" work-out area would be great...but that, in this realistic world, won't happen. I don't have a problem with paying a little for the benefits I would get from a nice work-out area. You on the other hand, you wouldn't have to use it if you think its crap or too expensive, your CHOICE...simple as that!

    Have a nice day! 8-)

I agree and I will say that a range has been asked for way to much. I alwas defend WGT and rarely complain about here but this time I will complain.  I've responded to atleast 25 forums about this issue and NO responses from a WGT avatar.  Come on WGT this shouldn't be that hard to make.  And if It is, let us know.

Wow a practice range with buckets of balls to buy, just what we need.

How about a 19th hole lounge next to the clubhouse with a VIP room

i think its a good idea. come on guys  9 out of 10 of us on the first shot of the day  missclick and end in a bunker  or weeds or wind up in a bad lie, so we need the practice before we play.

Tarheels, for once I have to disagree with you.  This is what I want from WGT, even more than a new course.  I would love a range where I can go and warm up before a round, a practice green would be great to but i'm tired of having to play a 3 hole practice round so I can warm up.  I would rather pay for a couple shots at the range.

Just what we need. Another money-making scam for WGT...
