Beyond a joke!!!!!

  I play every day when possible. Over the last 2 days on two occasions playing MP games against single opponents I have 'lost' the matches.

  Let me explain further. In the 1st game I was 2 up after 2 holes, playing the 3rd hole, took my drive and my screen froze at the top of my backswing. After being in this position for about 5secs a message from WGT flagged up saying that there had been an error please try later. I immediately reloaded ad was told I had 'lost' the match through not reconnecting in time!!!!

  Exactly the same thing happened today, playing against a friend in MP. My screen again froze at the top of my backswing and the error message appeared. We both discovered after reloading that we had BOTH 'lost' the game through failure to reconnect in time.

  Are WGT going to replace my Callaway and my friends Nike balls that used up innumerable hits during these matches or compensate me in any way whatsoever?

  The Gremlins in the system are NOW GETTING BEYOND A JOKE!!!

  SORT IT OUT AND QUICKLY WGT!!!!!

  I agree, seems it is getting almost impossible to complete an error free game anymore. They just pooched a 4 player skins game, where I was 4 skins up and about to win another and to add insult to injury they took my credits for the game!  They either need to fix this C*** or shut the site down, because it is a sham, especially to the advertisers (Oh, by the way, I don't see any errors with ads running?) I wouldn't want my ads running for a bunch of pissed of consumers, who associate their frustration with my product.

  Did you try asking them via email?  It's amazing what a short explanation and some kind words can accomplish these days.

  Yeah, same deal here. Only worse, if you can imagine that possible. My Round Completion Reputation is now Yellow . Not a good thing, especially at the Legend + Ranking. My issue revolves around OTHER players quitting/disconnecting - Once I'm forced to return to the Lobby after a player leaves, I can't get back in. With apparently the same messages you've received. 

  My favorite being, " You did not return in time, you LOSE "

  And I feel that I must tell you, once you're Yellow Rep, there's seemingly no way possible to get back to Green. Logged an insane amount of completed rounds afterwards, no help, still Yellow.

  I'm not a great golfer so a -4 round is something I enjoy.  TWICE in the past week I have been -4 on the 9th hole and the game crashed.  I logged back in... it said "continue match" and I selected it.... NOTHING happened.  I feel cheated because I invested myself into this game... I enjoy it.  The systems staff are making things worse, not better.

   

  WGT, iIf you can't fix the problem, revert to the prior version... it was more stable!

  i have played 4 game on 5/20/14 and did not finish any of them you have done so many upgrades yet your  game that you created have gone from one of the best to the worse internet game there is.but i know why you disconnected the game i was playing and i dont think that have  to mention it here.I tole you once before that you have too much control of the game we the players play and yet enjoy the play,but because you can and will disconnect at any time it make playing less enjoyable .You are systematically robbing players of their money,by causing them to lose ball after ball:granted we all hit bad shots,but not ti the point of ball after ball like i did today,

      But now wgt it 's my turn.i have listen to you many times before and nothing was done to solve the issues that you was/is having that caused me some concern. Therefore  i will be contacting you in the very near furture.

  I am the friend Owdhamer was playing a game with, this is all getting far beyond a joke not only can we not finish games anymore, the delays in loading games, next holes, and even next shots are getting even worse than last summer if you  aren't  kicked out of a game you get frozen out!! and i  totally  agree with owdhamer why should playing what has become a substandard not -fit- for- purpose game cost us even more than it should in over expensive not -lasting- as- long- as- they- used- to- balls as well! 2when it is a WGT fault not ours, two weeks ago my 1st game of the day crashed and i got so fed up that after the three holes i was able to play (alone) crashed, i signed out really fed up so what did WGT do?? worse than nothing, they actually took my 82 day  daily play bonus away starting me again at day one!! incredible! i too agree that a kind word costs nothing BUT we are the customers here, this is an online game, should we not expect a glitch free, cost free, consequence free game? or at least compensation for circumstances beyond our control, and dont get me started about playing a round with our North American friends whose server seems to be in constant crash mode, how they stand for it and not find one of the more reliable online golf games i dont know, WHEN its working WGT IS the best online golf game! but if it becomes even more unreliable i for one will consider moving, we all know a horror story about WGT, is it not time to stick together and support each other on this forum, rather than just replying with nasty or childish comments, trolls and the like are about but we are supposed to be adults and clever enough to play an adult game with fellow adult players please stop abusing each other and start helping each other, its us against WGT

  Got booted after 2 holes in a country club 2 ball match with sledgehammer1961.Neither of us can get back into the game but worse still, I can't get into the game screen by any method.  Cleared flash, cleared internet history, cleaned registry, turned on and off 3 times, changed browser and still can't play any game - this above is what I'm getting. Locked out of playing anything.

  Edit: Fixed after playing a couple of holes as a guest and then logging back on again.
