Have had the same problems as everyone the last 3 weeks.
WGT have refunded the credits on most occasions which is as good as admitting there is a major glitch.
So why haven't they 1) fixed it or 2) come out and admitted, and apologised, for it?

Well said!!! Even though nothing will ever be fixed not matter how many complaints they receive. Same thing happened to me, emailed WGT and still haven't heard back and its been 4 days. Lost credits even though I was up in the match and returned in time.
The game will always be this way though....how long has it been out? and still in beta!! The team at WGT just laughs at our comments and watches their wallets stack up with money!
