  Don't know if your still having problems, the only thing I noticed is that all 4 courses for your bracket is the same course... just a total guess but maybe they have to be different courses for the rounds?

   

  Good luck, hope they fix it soon because we defo don't need more ways to get frustrated on WGT lol.

  How about making a Club Email look better? ability to format the bloody thing.

  Its all well and good to add things for the CC tournaments, but the OWNERS are screaming for some OPTIONS.

  We have had nothing like this in the 3 years I have been here..

  I don't get on much nowadays so this could have happened before to be honest.

  CPU is now running at 50% whenever I go anywhere near the WGT site, up to 80% when I'm playing a game. Any idea what's going on guys?

  Comodo became unplayable for me too.. My cynicism thinks its something to do with WGT and advertisements... Maxthon is back working again.. or better still stay away, go for a walk, play with the dog, feed the ducks, have a wank.. all are more enjoyable then this P.O.S right now

  Happened to me too,went to control panel uninstalled it then reinstalled and it is back to normal.I also installed Comodo Ice Dragon which is based on Firefox rather then chrome,it seems to work fine however power meter is slightly shorter then regular Comodo.

  It would appear that you have to have both an active free and premium tournament running at the same time for them to be available to play within the new tab system otherwise you will get the pop up stating :

  " There are no tournaments currently available "

  Which is incorrect !!

  Highly frustrating wgt , can we resolve asap ?

  LOL. Def have one around CD. It goes directly to the game, doesn't update and has every plug in disabled except Flash.   :-)

  You've definately got this operating at a max figured out YJ, but with the current multi- player issues here, even all your preventative measures may still not be enough to finish a round when playing with someone else

   

  Case in point; I was just invited to play a ranked stroke round at BP F9 with a new player, a TP, I've been trying to help.  After 2 nice birdies on #1 and #2, I came to #3 with a slight helping wind, relatively str8.  I switched from the Driver the boob caddie had for me and hit full 225, FBS with my R11. I dinged it and I knew it should be close, but low and behold, it took 1 bounce and went str8 in the hole. My new friends turn to hit and the disconnect notice came up for him.  In the past when other players quit, I've been able to finish my round alone.  After 2 load manager notices that I selected yes on produced nothing, I then disconnected thinking I'd have the normal option of continuing my round or ending it. Not the case this time as the notice said, both of us were unable to finish our rounds and the game would not be counted.  So my after my  -4 after 3 holes, and only my 4th HIO, it was all for not because of some stupid glitch that seems to be getting worse not better.

    I'm slowly losing interest in this dump, and if not for Harry and the other regulars I play A/S with I'd prolly be long gone.  Do you think these multi player issues will ever be cleared up? They just seem to be getting worse ever day.

  50-50 proposition there but it's out of my control. They'll get it right eventually, this isn't the first time the release of an Open course has fouled up other parts of the game. IMO they rushed it out and are now scrambling to make things right.  Plus, with PB in the can and in production (presumably), they're probably overextended. Obviously the Open's going to take precedence but when the dust settles things will be fine. 

  5+ years and I still love playing golf here, problems notwithstanding.  :-)

  In terms of the green speeds, I think that the change is great.  I always complained about the tournament version that was different and we all know there are version within each speed as well, this should make it more consistent.

  In terms of the wind, I think we all knew that the wind was blowing in a range, not a set number and this just confirms the potential numbers.

  I'm with BIB and others on the VEM and WGT screwing people.   BIB and I are both poker players and the same complaints come from there.  As he said a pair of deuces and an AK have pretty much the same win probability but people will argue that AK should win 90% of the time and that the site is screwing them.

  I play with a lot of different people at different levels from Tour Pro to Tour Legend.  The Tour Master group seems to be the ones that do the most complaining about VEM, winds, uphill, etc.  I played one yesterday at Pinehurst, he hit a shot from within 1 yard of where I was hitting from that came up 8 yards short and 3 yards left and bitched for 3 holes about WGT.  My shot came up about 2 feet from the hole, sometimes you have to take credit for a crappy shot, we all hit them.

  I like the updates, in terms of doing this before the Open and hurting those who qualify, I saw the opposite.  The wind didn't change, just the numbers shown.  The green speed didn't change, you just know it more precisely now.

  In terms of the discussion above with the 'boob' caddy, if you can't pick your own clubs it's your fault.  WGT has long ago told everyone how the clubs are selected.  I would suggest an option to turn the caddy off to WGT but it is just not important one way or another.

  Since  I use avatar moves for putting  it's extremely easy to switch from speed to speed if they're true.
