June Updates- grid dots and flash update

  why9:

     I do appreciate it yes thank you .  making the game worse with every update is not easy but you guys sure do a fine job at it .  stopping the dots at the top of my putting stroke was pure genus and  should provide weeks of frustration . definitely toped the clapping for birds and  message saying you will give me 250 credits for advancing to tour legend .

            already looking forward to the next update  perhaps a full 18 holes of 400 + yard par threes ?

  I heard the par 3's will be 547 yards with 19-21 mph headwind and they will also block the driver and 3W for the par 3's as well.  Good luck everyone.

  Thank god they fixed the disconnects issue ; now I only have a RED check mark next to my name. I assume that's the good one?

  WGT, would it not be possible to undo this and suggest anyone having trouble with the meter due to an older computer switches off the putting grid?   The disappearing dots basically seem to do that at the moment you release.

  That way those that want them to keep moving can have them and those that don't can carry on as normal.

  I know this change was made with the best intentions but it seems to have caused more problems than it solved.

  After the initial surprise at the dots freezing - I think its good change. 

  Not sure if the meter is smoother or not - but it helps me to focus on the meter when the background is not moving as well.

  I use a "hit-the-ding" putting style so no adverse impact on me personally.

  Fixing a lot of things that are not broke- chipping for instance...just smooth the meter for all shots- now THAT would be appreciated.

  My 2 youngest kids both used the "I'm running away" tactic when things didn't go their way, so I packed 'em a suitcase and offered them a ride!

  12 years later 1 just finished up her laundry and went back to college and the other just came home from her part time job and is in her room, she leaves for college in August....finally LOL.... account closed!!

  READ..em just like MKG.... but once i decide to putt...i must focus so much on meter... i never knew the dots kept moving ..... lol

  so... the change ..i would have never knew ..if WGT wouldn't have told me...

  i do find it fascinating... some folks gunna QUIT because of a lil minor change,,,wow... deal with it... golf is all about dealing with diff situations...

  altho ..it does seam like MM noticed... only the ones that suk'd at puttin any way...are doin the quit'n...an using the NON moving dots as a lame excuse,,,

  after a few puff's of what i have... i can't even see the dots anyway   ..:)_~~

  My vote goes to recall the last update completely & find a more productive way to fill your time. Best direction would be to address disconnections and lag in both the game client & this site. I had a smooth meter before update, been fine for months, after update herky jerky junk at least every 4th shot.

  Why don't Wgt just go back to how the game was 3 years ago? It was more fun in those days. The meter was near perfect and the game was actually difficult. When you did get the odd meter jump it didn't really effect your round too much as you didn't need to birdie every hole just to get in the top 10. Nowadays 1 meter jump and your chance of winning has gone.

  The end isn't too far away for me i can assure you.

  Between the problems here,and no high stakes for 6 months +

  being told lies about why they stopped them(not filling quick enough) when they filled daily

  I may not be far behind you DAZZA,not a single day goes by now when i don't think about quitting

  Way to many days here require me to guess the ding spot due to meter lag and stutter and there is only so much anyone can take

  The amount of cheats and multi's are on the rise and actually although it's wrong they are the only one's prospering from this game becuase no one from WGT seems interest in dealing with situation
