Not that bad to get on #9, better for birdies when on the left obviously. Off the green on the right is actually a good spot. A short pitch is sometimes better than a long putt you have to remember.
As for the shorter holes, umm...
#1 & 15, am I missing some? Really not that great of an advantage, considering the par 3s are way tougher.
There are holes that are the same... #3,6,7,9 think that's it.
The rest are considerably tougher/longer, I would have a hard time feeling sorry for a Tour Master and below honestly.
