Like I said, black out the #'s and they don't have any more info than they had, just documentation that you gave them the right info...better yet use the clone tool and make the last few numbers disappear.....
I could be wrong as it's been a while(2008) but if I remember right they don't ask for anything other than an email when you register, you give them the info if you buy something and register a credit card...I don't use it anymore so I changed the account # on the card....
In MO., they used to use your soc sec # on your license, but that only lasted a couple of years, my wife had it on her license...some states might still do that which would be a problem to me but easily fixed with photoshop or any image editor....
There is only a problem if you gave them false information to begin with, or never registered a card and they have nothing other than a email...
