    Completely agreed Lonnie.

This is going to be all about who has the most members to buy the most passes and play back to back rounds for 37 credits a game and/or until the clock runs out.

    Where's the competition in this?

Why aren't players more equal in skill, levels, or tiers?

Its all too random. There needs to be a way for CC owners to pair like skilled players up against one another from each Club like its always been.

WGT needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

    WGTdbloshoe:

They can enter as many times as they have passes.  All the points count towards their club total.  So if they have 10 passes they can enter 1 clash 10 times or spread it out over the entire event.  Completely up to them.

So its not even about skill which sucks! its only gunna be about which club has deeper pockets and who can buy more passes, will be the winner! thats not fun at all..! they need to fix that.. so then its about skill and good competition towards another club and not just what club can buy more passes then the other club! it needs to be 1 CC pass per clash.. so its fair and about skill. and not just about MONEY!  and if the members from each club arent the same amount..then the club with the less members can use a extra pass for every member they are short then the other club they are clashing against at that time! i really think WGT could of thought of a better system then this before releasing something like this to make it more fun and fair! This is definitely NOT going to work! Not fun at ALL!

I like part of the idea WGT but wow what a cash cow you guys cooked up. I'm sure you'll still be working on ways to improve the game but when there's big money to be made I guess that takes the spotlight.

So here's a few things: Since I woke up this morning I feel like WGT whacked me over the head with this thing. Someone in my club decided to start the clash and use a superpass I guess. So straight out of the gates I have to check the forums to find out about the whole CCvsCC thing. Perhaps it would have been smarter to tighten the default restrictions over who could start a Clash and who could use a Superpass to begin with.

Anyway it seems to have been poorly explained resulting in several pages of confusion.

It would probably be a good idea to have a clear definition of what everything is put in the FAQ's

One of my players played in the clash was awarded club points from a previous tournament and was able to play in the clash without a pass!

I have another player who wanted to help out our CC by getting in more than 1 round in the clash so he purchased a CC Pass an hour before his free pass was due. We all know what happens next.... that resets the time of his free pass back to 12 hours (another unpleasant surprise cooked up by WGT). I think many players will come to find out about that one soon enough if they haven't already.

It's obvious that the round and round we go method in order to win the clash is a way to get more players spending money to buy more passes. Afterall this is all about gambling.

One thing I don't like is that you can only play if you use a CC pass or Superpass (assuming a glitch doesn't give you a free ride). WGT could make enough money out of it by allowing players to play without a pass but earn significantly more points via the various passes.

Instead this could be divisive for clubs that see some players wanting to buy more passes and want more members to do the same while other members don't want to spend their money buying passes, which could cause a rift in the CC.

Lastly as previously mentioned, players can enter as many times as they want, so in the end the players with the deeper pockets are going to buy up the CC passes and it just comes down to who is willing to splash their cash to put down more points on the leaderboard.

Nice idea? I'm not sure but  there's certainly a lot of room for improvement.

Wow..What a CASH COW WGT has come up with....million bucks in the first week no doubt...usually if something looks to good to be true it usually is....10 super passes then bingo outa your own pocket for passes...Can't see many of my members Moronically buying pass after pass for what ..Pffft...Every WTG  gimmick is usually a guise for cash flow...Bend over WGT for insertion of your putter. One doesn't need a breeze blowing to smell the greed with this Gimmick...WGT is becoming no more than an online Casino...

    I'm sorry.. I know I said I'd behave..but...

Are you quite certain you, well someone at WGT, didn't mix up your words? Seems to me someone is mixing up the word 'Crass' with 'Clash' .

I know they sound similar but one is wholly more appropriate in this instance.

I think super passes are for the whole event.

Nope read Shoe's reply to me back on page 2 or 3 they are single use. Basically it is one free pass worth 37 credits.....

Well I just don't get it !! you get 5 superpasses to begin with I used one in the first event of the day - but the only way I could play the second event was to buy a CC pass. Where's the other 4 superpasses ? What's the point ? Spend spend spend    LOL

this is rubbish.....cant imagine buying and using 2 passes for 74 credits and shooting 28 and 27 on st andrews gets you only  70 points...while people shooting craps gets 130 points just because they buy more passes and play more games...

this is where i end my cc vs cc clash ....no more for me....its a silly quest
