  Since these are available to play for free in ctth setup from the game client page, why aren't they available for CC Tourneys? 

  Any reason Vallhalla isn't on the CC tourney page either?

  WGT only rents those courses, so they charge us for using them. I guess their use is contractual.

  I'm not talking about stroke play, but CTTH, those courses are free for CTTH games on the game client page.

  And? It's been awhile.

  Also, Bandon was available for single blitz, now it isn't, reasoning?
