People who disconnect from Blitz

  hi,

  Hate quitters as much as the next player, was playing blitz at Congressional "random 2", when the third player in the group "holed out" his tee shot on the first hole (10th - par 3). Made a change for all the players to continue and complete the game (thanks to all we still had a laugh, with plenty of shots within1ft of the hole/flag  that could have changed the game).

  There is no point quitting in a Blitz game.

  Blitz will allow you to continue to the end of the game, if you are the last player - just no additional XP.

  Not sure how they'll track quitters, really hate the one's that create the game and then don't stick with it.

  Sure there is something that can be done, if WGT would add points on to their ratings

  just like in Tiger Woods Golf on line for pc. no matter how you got disconnected your rating went down.

  Stating that "there is no way feasible to know if it is a purposeful disconnect, or a server or internet problem, among many other valid (or nonpunishable, to be more accurate) reasons" is wrong on so many levels I hesitate to try to explain.

  If you don't know how to do it just admit it. It is irresponsible on a programmers' part to lay generalities at the customers' feet like this; my guess is that you are not actually a coder.  I know it's much easier than doing the work, but at least be honest and admit why you're not doing it.  If you're not smart enough then maybe you shouldn't be a programmer.

  If you want to fix this problem and know how to do it right let me know. I would be willing to consult with your teams to fix this problem.  It is the single biggest complaint I hear during games.
