Thanks for that explanation, Monty. I see the 4 have been named. Frankly, I feel a committee is unnecessary--its unheard of in Golf. I feel that we could come to an amiable agreement between the 2 of us re: all 3 "disputes" in amatter of 2 or 3 PMs or chatting during a blitz.

I hear you on the 'we can sort this out' bit and have to agree with you, however what would suit us, may not be in keeping with how Slor wants the league to be played, or perhaps may set a precedent that Slor wishes to avoid. There is the possibility that anything we agree is rejected when we post results.
I have seen however, other teams being granted extensions to play games that were difficult to arrange, our situation happened in week one, and everyone was green to the new rules, and as you know we had availability crisis due to our other deadline matches.
There is also the possibility where we are able to sort out aimiably, other may not be able to do the same, so a disputes mechanism is a sensible facility to maintain an environment of fair play.
If Slor says we should sort it out, then we are more than happy to do that, but it would be useful to know in advance of that what we can do, so we don't waste our time.
