    I'd love to be able to access the rule book but the link isn't working for me. That was how I remember it - that the extra hole counted in the event of a tied overall result, I'm sure that was how its been so far. Anyway who knows what will happen, I just thought it might be better mentioning it sooner rather than later just in case.

    JG you may have read this by now but this covers the point that you raised:

    Conduct of the CC League - second (tournament) phase

    P15. The teams will be drawn into a knockout draw, leading to semifinals, and a league final. There will also be a relegation semifinals (losers of the first round) and relegation final (losers of the semifinals). The loser of the relegation final will go down a division. In each round, if teams are level, a playoff will take place immediately over 18 holes as described in point 13 above.

    Pragmatic Jim ;-)

    At your request JG;

    13. A playoff will be arranged between any teams level at the end of this phase which will take place immediately. Each team shall designate one player to represent them in the playoff. The league commissioner will set the course, setup, and conditions over 9 holes. If there are two teams level, this will be a match play to a finish over extra holes if needed. If there are 3 or 4 teams level, this will be a stroke play to a finish over sudden death holes if needed. If there are five or more teams level, the commissioner will decide an appropriate two-stage playoff system.

    Hi all my players have made a massive effort to get our games played against RocknRolla Rastas A, yet we have had barely any responses. There is only one result in at the moment and UKGE currently lead 1-0. My team are asking what else we can do to get these games played. Any advice?

    Hi mate,

    haven't made contact with him yet.

    Once I confirmed Blade not available I sent him PM Sat night asking what time zone he is and suggesting I could stay up late and play him.

    He had previously messaged me at about 2am Say morning my time asking I could play "today" - meaning his Friday, he also explained weekends were tough for him.

    I have stayed up last 2 nights keeping eye out, and even worked form home this morning  in case he came on line, but he doesn't appear to have played since Friday.  Not that keen to wait up again tonight without having heard from him first.   I can only really play late at night from rest of week..

    Obviously we can't appear too pushy as we are the ones needing replacment, but hope we can get a short time extension.  I hope at least he is on US Eastern, will be very tough to get a time if he is on West coast

    will keep you posted

    cheers

    I don't think an extension from our end is a problem as long as Slor is happy to wait. We've got Geoff (PSUrangers11) ready to go so hopefully the guys can get together and get it done. I can confirm that he is on US Eastern time and usually plays most weeknights in that timezone.

    If we get a couple more days down the line with no movement we can have a rethink about the plan.

    Cheers, T
