Issues with sending and receiving invites

    WGT say they have "their best technician" on the job. They need to get another one. A suggestion, if they have trouble to reproduce, is to create a channel where we who are experiencing the problem can tell them "I have this problem NOW!" and leave a skypeId so they can contact us and then trail our attempts and see what happens. No company which claims to have millions of users should be allowed to behave this amateurish. It has been months now...

    Everyone is still having the same problem and getting tired of reporting it without  a fix.  Do something to get this corrected!!!!

    Just wanted to post and update. We are still tracking down the exact specific of this situation so that it does not occur in the future. There has been a decrease in players reporting the problem via the bug report tool and we have received fewer emails at Support. 

    The issue may have been due to players being stuck on one server but we are not positive. I just wanted to let you know that we are making progress and really appreciate your patience. We know it is not the best experience.

    I just quit playing, It's a no brainer why the complaints have diminished. Issue solved!

    Totally quit playing due to a lack of respect between WGT and the players--ALL complaints are falling on DEAF EARS!

    Too bad I don't have certain screen name OR it would be fixed within 30 mins-guaranteed!

    Thats the REAL problem w/ WGT--it semi-political--"we" the regular folks just get in the way of the select few--

    I bet I'm among thousands who feel this way--JJ

    As alluded to above. I think the reason you are getting fewer complaints is because people have stopped trying. It's easier to play solo.

    We've given up trying to help WGT.  How out of touch was the original post in this thread?  WOW!

    Dear WGT owners,

    Dear WGT high-management,

    Dear WGT staff,

    Now is the time to tell it like it is.

    WGT golf, between any other virtual golf online simulation (this is: Perfect Golf, EA TigerWood online, OCG Golf and little other), is born the best and remain the best.

    Despite that, during the time (particularly from the last year), WGT management has forgot that the real goal of the Company is not only/directly its own profit, but the fun of the users (from which come the WGT profit, like happens for any other game online operator).

    If the users are strictly considered like chicken from plucking, sooner or later they will abandon WGT, despite it is the best on the web.

    Why WGT give only evasive answers to the questions/requests of the users?

    Why WGT never give to the users generous explanations about its own troubles?

    Maybe we are only chicken from plucking? (If so, WGT behaviour is equal to declare we are about 8 millions of chickens).

    Maybe we are all stupids? (If so, WGT behaviour is equal to declare we are about 8 millions of stupids).

    I'm an IT engineer (system administrator), and I well know that if i want implement (without risks) new "things" on the software which run on my pc network, I must save previous environment, so to restore it in case of troubles.

    Why WGT do not? It's the first rule for who works in IT products and solutions (in adding to be clear with its own customers).

    Cheers for any WGT research and development !!!

    But the Company progress must not be independent from the continuity of the users fun (they spend time and money expecting it).

    But in case of too many and very serious faults, the Company must take as much solutions and as much serious.

    I hope sincerely the situation will change very sooner, because I should be very displeased to leave definitely my preferred game (in which, I remember, I spent a lot of time and money organizing tourneys with very rich prizes - and I'll would like to do again in future).

    Compliments to the WGT staff.

    Reproach to the WGT management.

    WGT take notice...I'm soon gone unless you fix this friggin' problem...can't invite anyone

    Can't get an invite out & friends can't invite me...i just spent lot's of $$$$ on balls this month..

    This has been going on for far too long!!!!

    The number of BUG reports has diminished because,  Most feel it is a waste of time, as the only response given is

    WGT are aware of the problem, and are working on it. 

    They must be on an hourly rate of pay !!!     :(

    Just want to add my 2-cents ---- totally agree with all who have told wgt why reports of bugs/problems have decreased:  Yes, we are tired of making the same reports over and over.  Problem is still as bad as ever with inviting - with people we KNOW are online waiting for a game who cannot see our invite and we cannot see theirs.

    So, no, the problem is not less.  We are just more tired of brush-offs ---  and frustrated.

    Director, Friendly Active Players Club  (where whole club - 150+ members - report daily on our forum their growing frustration with inability to enjoy each other here at wgt.)
