putting screen freeziing

  I have had multiple occasions over the last week--three already this morning--when you are setting up your putt swing distance and everything stops. You can't look at putts, swing the club or anything else. Requires shutting down and restarting.

  Given the frequency I'm just waiting for the situation where it maxes out the disconnects and I get a "forfeit" for a tournament or match. Have not seen this before the most recent maintenance break.

  happens to me also, but only in a single game. still nerving!

  I found out by reading a few posts that if you have the note book , open it then close it  and it unfreezes if you want to call it that. Then you can putt out without having to shut down and restarting.

  i sometimes cant see the putting meter as well, i have to shut the game down and restart, only started happening last 2 weeks.

  Agree. It's one of the many things that just needs to get fixed. We shouldn't have to purchase other options to have the game work the way it's supposed to.

  I think this is easy to resolve unless you have something else going on. Go to the top left on your playing screen, click on menu, then "options." In the list of things under the options menu there is a place to turn the putting meter on and off if  you have putter pal.

  If he's experiencing what I experience, that isn't the problem. The whole game freezes and you have to close the window and open it again to do anything.

  That is what I've been experiencing though I've not had it today thankfully. I'm not sure if that is also what the comment about the putting meter disappearing was about.
