wgt custmer service and game in general

    i very selden go to the forum i have been a member for over 4 yrs and the majorty of the forum is negitive however i will join the the voice of many in saying what the hell is going on in this corp. u have compition now and ur not only losing ur costomers but many of my friends on wgt why cant u fix glitzs instead of making excuses somebody needs to do something or all ur ass will be on the line some day

    It probably won't. Original investors have probably already recovered their investments and golden parachutes are in place for management. Anyone of importance to the company  simply has no need to care as their financial security is already taken care of.

    The month this game actually loses money they can shut it down or "retire" and collect their money. The rank and file worker will be out of luck as they will either be forced to work for a company losing money at that point or they will find themselves unemployed if the company shuts down.

    This company has always maintained a callous disregard bordering on disdain for the customer and no quantity of threads will change that.

    I'm seriously beginning to think we are witnessing the end. When no one will even say "hey we're trying", or "hey, we don't know wtf we're doing, sorry", that sends a very strong message. Even a "we have no clue, but maybe things will be better by year's end" would be better than absolutely NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever.

    Like I said in 100 other posts: The only concern right now for WGT is the unique visitors, other "see how many people are on here" analytics, and the newbies dropping $$$ into the kitty.

    +1! This fuels my "no hope" statements.

    But don't you forget those Forum subjects where they react quickly:

    - game loophole discussed here, permitting XP collection by thousands - fixed in no time.

    - players wondered about a bunch of CC passes gifted - they disappeared immediately.

    - loophole of "add to purse" exploited - discussions erased, loophole "fixed".

    - notice of month-long free play at TruGolf - terminated on short notice.

    As horrible as the game is now, it might be a good thing if the entire site was terminated with no notice ....

    Don't get me wrong .... I used to love this game ...

    Btw, just played a 9 hole CCH in our CC and it took me......23 min to finish it!!. Extremely slow loading & no reverse/option cameras at all.

    Internet speed at 50 mb up & down, all other sites run smooth, etc 

    Been here long enough to know precisely how to set up my pc for WGT.

    I feel ya Eric ... the glitches are deeply rooted and systemic. Not only that, but some things we thought were glitches, have turned out to be features. Like the meter accelerating the further it gets down the scale ...

    just taken  15 mins to get servers to deliver html pages, so invites, which would need to run through some code also, have no chance.

    "Connection reset , try later" bs

    Invites can come through 10 mins late also.

    I'm sure there are some problems with the underlying spaghetti code that this game runs on, but I am absolutely sure that the servers can't deal with the load.


    WGT needs to spend some of its $ before it looses too many of its customers.

    the games crazy kicked out for an hour couldn't sign in yesterday cant invite or be invited
