  not to stick my nose where it doesn't belong...but, either the math for blue is wrong, or, the scores are wrong..it adds to 35

  You know, it always looks good to talk about having a brain fart and then, 5 minutes later while posting the scorecard, having a second brain fart. You're definitely right Ducati; while all of the hole-by-hole scores are correct, I have proven that I failed elementary math. I've made the corrections in the scorecard below.

  FYI I am giving the remaining two half matches a further 24 hours to complete their 9 holes.

  Quarter finalists who do have opponents - please crack on and arrange your matches.

  Conditions are posted on the front page.

  Matches must be completed as a 4 ball.

  MacG and Bristow played their match, although they played matchplay.

  Mac won 4 up, but I dont have a card, so it is impossible to compare cards to work out the better ball result.

  Could Bristow or Mac please send me a short breakdown of the game so at least I can compare a bit to see if a result can be cobbled together?

  Monty,

  knowing MacG (or at least from what i've heard) and knowing what my card was like, there is little doubt in my mind that he did more than enough to put his team through.

  I happily admit defeat, and wish them the best of luck in the next round. Cheers

  Thanks Shane, understand where you are coming from, but need the breakdown from them to confirm.

  Mac may have won several holes with a par or worse, I know it is unlikely, but best to check so we make the best guess judgement.

  Here's the result of the second half of the bluescouse/Ryan.Anderson vs craiger85/BARRYCOOKE match. If my maths skills serve me well enough then I believe Craig and Barry win by one.

  A brilliant effort on your part Ryan - I'm just gutted that I left you with an almost impossible task.
