well as a punter, player, customer (forget the its free crap) I would define improvement as the game as making it better to play. Now I dont mean easier.
Firstly repair known faults, bugs, issues. Fairness is immaterial as we all play the same game, warts and all so fairness is not an issue really, except for double account stuff - different issue.
Re business, Im a player, WGTs busines costs, revenue, profit margin etc are matters for wgt. However I am concerned that if they have a game thats creaking with problems and they leave it too late to resolve then they will be overtaken by the next best upcoming game and I will have no one left to play with here.
For all I know wgt have a new game on the horizon themselves !
This is a game I enjoy and find frustrating in equal measures. My knowledge of programming is practically non existent - however as a business owner myself I know a thing or two about the nature of customers and customer loyalty is a fickle thing.
So when a gamer plays a game that doesn't really work properly then he will only spend so long investing time and effort in that game before moving on. - there are many who suggest that has already started to happen with wgt. So I say, wgt fix the problems or fairness or revenue will no longer be issues but rather survival of the game itself.
