Instead of giving a long lesson in Excel - I will give you a simple easy to explain 3 step process:
Step 1 - Open your tourney and highlight the scores and click on copy - it should look like this [well not exactly as you are not in The Peoples Club - lol):
Step 2 - In excel you have just 2 Paste choices "Keep Source Formatting" or "Keep Destination Formatting". Neither are great options unless one formats all of the destination cells so even though it looks crazy use "Keep Source Formatting" It will look like this:
Step 3 - Next to get rid of the graphics and make this useable copy what you just pasted and paste it again somewhere else on the page 9or a different "clean" page). Tthis time you have 6 choices (don't you love having choices?) - pick "Values" [the one with 123 on the clipboard] and paste it. It will then look like this:
Now you can do whatever you want with it.

Note: The down and dirty simple process set forth above leaves a bunch to be desired BUT everyone should be able to understand it. You will find that if you try to delete the columns (A-F above) they do not fully delete. There are ways around this but the simplest thing to do is to set up a page (call it temporary, scratch or whatever) to just to go through steps above and then move the nice clean info (Cols H-M) into where you want to work with it.
