No Corwyn, not the deciding putt. At best if I sank it, we would have been AS at the end of the match. Although it was from the left back side of the green, 40+ ft, 10+ inches down and probably 6 or 7 ft of break left to right. Go figure this kind of putt when you can't move the aimer!!! with a wooden putt and a rock ball;)
I left it at the right distance 1.9 ft left of the pin...not bad! Not sure I would have had a better result aiming it either lol. Finally, this was just the cherry on the cake regarding bad strange stuffs happening at the end of the game.
But we should have closed it earlier. Again Jorg and Marc played really solid in these conditions, none of us practiced before and it's a lot of 2nd shots from 300+ yds (but for how looks the game from these tees with these sticks, I'll let you all discover and enjoy ;))
No real big mistakes from both teams 80% of the game. Holes won were due to great approaches or great putts. Wes and I just made a couple of errors and against the "Steakman" and Jorgolovitch, it's a couple too much ;-)
Good luck to all in the other games and GO Team USA!!!
