Video Carousel not working

    Video Carousel is not working for more than one week allready, after clicking on the adv the message "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again" is displayed.

     

    Tested in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, when this will be fixed???

    hola comunidad wgt

    efectivamente el carrusel de videos no funciona correctamente

    se superponen 2 videos al la vez y sale el error descrito por el jugador anteriormente

    señores wgt soporte favor revisar urgentemente esta opcion

    SAME CRAP DIFFERENT DAY!!!

     

    0 out of 7 today!  All were  "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again."

    Ring, ring, haloooooooo, WGT EMPLOYEES, you have BUG reported in your creation, shouldn't you take some action?!

     

    Bug description update:

    Now it looks like after clicking on one ad in the carousel many advertisements are started at once, below the message "Sorry! We are unable..."

    Did you send a report to customer service?  I have not had any issues with videos. It is likely on your end , antivirus ad block etc.

    No I did not. I tried to contact their support few times before but they responded only once. And I think, when there is official bug log forum, they should read it and respond, othervice this forum is completely obsolete.

    And no, I am not using any ad blocker and antivirus cannot have anything to do with it, There are no configuration changes on my side for at least one year, And it is doing the same in Google Chorme and  Internet Explorer, so it is clearly problem on WGT side. BTW I am software and web developer, so I know what am I talking about, at least I think so...
