  Thank you for the message. The video's are hosted through a 3rd party. Typically when a video is not available for viewing it means that they have reached their viewing requirement. Please note that they do post videos around every 3-7 days. Thank you.

  it is a typical BS, I have recorded the video, where can be clearly seen, what mess they have on their site. I will send it to them today...

  Like i said in another thread. Try a Firefox based browser. I watched all 7 videos on the carousel and 1 extra credit video as a test with Waterfox which is Firefox based and then I redeemed 30 views as a test with Waterfox which is Firefox based at it worked.

  No, it is not woring in the Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and in Firefox too, tested it right now again on their latest versions...

  And the most annoying is the ignorance  from the WGT staff...

  BTW here is the video documenting the bug, it was sent to WGT support, still no response:

  Hate to tell you this, but it IS working fine in Firefox here - earned over 300 views yesterday, so complaining to WGT won't accomplish much.  It must be a region/connection/computer issue your end.

  300 views in a single say? I think there are only 7 views per day possible ;-)

  I might be region issue, but anyway it i still problem on WGT's side and they must fix it. And it is not connection or computer issue on my side, I am web developer and SW developer with 20 years experience and I see, what a messy network traffic is this carousel generating, it is clearly application problem, not problem with my setup (which btw did not change for months and it daes the same sh*t not only on my PC, tested it on two others with the same result...

  No issues here either. Så it is not on Wgt's end.

  Wrong, it is on WGT's end ;-) I am web apps developer with almost 20 years experience and I see exactly, what traffic WGT's servers are generating and that it is complete mess in the case of this video carousel (it is very easy to sniff and analyze). 

  And as a skilled web developer I can say, that problems can have only some clients (I am not the only one, read other therads on this forum), while other clients can be completely ok. There are many things, that can cause problems, and it is application' owner/developer responsibility to find and solve the problems, not user's...

  Our business would quit very fast, If ve had the same customer support quality as the WGT has...
