Video Carousel not working

  They will never fix it, i've contacted thei support about 10 times and the response was allways the same. It is problem on my side, it is problem on my ISP's side, it is LiveGamer's problem, etc etc etc, they never admited that they have broken funkcionality on their site and that it is their responsibility to fix it. Incredible...

  Hey, everyone in this thread, contact their support on members@wgt.com!!! If the become hundrets emails with the same problem, maybe they will wake up and act. I am going to write to them again now...

  I already uninstalled the game from my phone. losing interest in this game... sure add new voices to congratulate us on fairway shots but leave the issues...

  I think we all have to start sending emails to the advertisers on this game and let them know that for the last 6 months we haven't been able to see their video's that they paid a lot of money to put on the video carousel. Maybe they will in turn put pressure on wgt to fix it

  If I knew who the advertisers were I would do that but since I cannot see any of the video's on the carousel I don't k now who to send the message to. Anyone want to post who the advertisers are for the 7 videos??

  KFC is one playing in your country not in mine.

  Anyway some who will you contact in KFC ? There's maybe a half dozen intermediates between a video on WGT and KFC
  
  It is even possible that nobody knows at KFC that WGT or live gamer exist.

  Bp is one of the adverisers in canada. webassure@bp.com <webassure@bp.com>this is their email if you want to contact them and let them know that their advertising dollars on being wasted on a platform that is not working

  Several months, with the same problem. Only non pairs numbers of the carrousel works, only 1, 3,5, and 7 , works, and i have to cllick several times until they work.

   

  i dont believe anymore that its an error, i think this is the wat they found, to make people win less and less credits by this way.
