Video Carousel not working

  I don't think I've managed more than 15-20 views on the carousel over the last 5 weeks or so. Just managed 1 today.
  
  I've never complained, as I read all the posts and threads concerning this issue and had hoped it would be fixed by now.
  
  I live in Scotland and like many if not all European countries, I have only ever seen 7 views per day, 1 view per video on the carousel.
  It's months since I saw any video under the carousel offering more than 1 view or any credits....re: mnshiner above.^^^^....
  I did read that this may be a regional/country issue?.....I don't know....
  
  I have done all the usual fixes, have the latest flash installed and use latest Maxthon browser. I have tried several other main browsers, Chrome, Comodo, Opera, Firefox, Palemoon, Flashpeak, Sea Monkey, and K-Meleon, all with the same result.

  Carousel shows the videos as mnshiner post shows, but when you click on the video, all you get is a blank screen. Refreshing page doesn't work either.
  
  My question is - does anyone else have the same issues? If so, then I can guess that the problem isn't on my end, though I'll keep an open mind in that respect. If it is on my end, does anyone have any suggestions please?
  
  I do surveys and views and have never spent a penny on here and have always managed to acquire (eventually) any equipment I wanted.

  I read lonniescott711saying the same thing often in the forums and like him, I won't complain about this issue. It's been my experience in the past with issues such as this, that a "fix" has always been found eventually, but I've never known the carousel issue to drag on so long.
  
  Any advice would be welcome. My thanks in advance....

  I have the same issues here in the states.  Only advice is light a candle & pray.  Really don't think anything would help   Sorry to say, till somebody fixes it.  IMHO

  ^^^ Many thanks M.  From the forums, I know there are similar issues in different parts of the states. I'll try your suggestion......lol.....it's probably the only thing I haven't tried.

  ^^^ Many thanks M.  From the forums, I know there are similar issues in different parts of the states. I'll try your suggestion......lol.....it's probably the only thing I haven't tried.

  Many complaints about it in the forums.  We will need a bigger boat soon.  Just hope it isn't Titanic II.  Then we are REALLY sunk.  So to speak.

  I am tempted to dig out windows xp and try a dual boot setup and see. I don't have the patience to do multiple attempts anymore. At best I click all 7 (have to refresh. Chrome when you click on say video 4, it flashes like it will open, I see the exit button for a second on the top right side.. then nothing. I have watched a whole ufc fight and nothing happens. been that way a long time. Firefox is similar but no exit. edge is what IE is called now windows 10.. it was doing the same with 7, just installed 10

  I installed it on my phone today (bored at work) and there is a place to click to see videos but I can only click offers... surprised how easy it was to ding a shot even on my little samsung. it is just on the phone for extreme boredom times.

  ^^^^ I also have the WGT app on my Samsung Tab 2.0 and the video box is greyed out but can click for offers also.

  Gameplay is adequate I would say, No more than that. As far as dual booting, I fail to see why members should have to go to all that trouble to play a game that should be error free.

  I can go to any other website in the world, whether it's gaming, streaming or just surfing and have no problems whatsoever. This is the only site that causes me problems. Apparently, according to many members in forums, this is true for them also.

  I have always believed in the principle that if everyone is singing from the same sheet, they can't all be wrong. Yet we are told to clean this, empty that, try another browser and so forth. WHAT?

  I am no computer expert or programmer, but I don't have to be to know that there is something fundamentally wrong here. There are faults, glitches, call them what you will, but no one seems to know how to fix them.

  I've often wondered over my time here, just how many members have messed up their own computers (which were probably running fine) because someone gave them instructions on how to fix x,y or z and the fault lay with WGT.

  I'm not talking about the usual fixes we know of, clean cache, flash etc. I'm immensely grateful to all the members over the years who have helped me with their posts on these and other subjects.

  I've had error windows popping up saying there is a fault with my internet connection......

  How many members unwittingly believe this and start tampering with a perfectly good PC? Just one example granted, but these are the people who may never return to WGT. 

  Anyway.....rant over. I didn't intend to rabble on so long, but they were just passing thoughts. Today I managed 2 views on the carousel......after about 30 odd times of trying. Progress indeed.....

  I see the same, but when I click on any card in the caroussel, nothing happends, or the error message is displayed. And the same is for many many many other users and this WGT  sh*t staff simply does not care..

   

  STILL NOT FIXED!

  here in quebec made a survey for our country club members and for all of us it doesn't work at all.

  i guess we have to wait till WGT fix the problem. If they ever......
