blue screen of death!

  im trying to play and my window just keeps pauses at teh blue screen just before the game laods im trying to play a R2G comp and keep refreshign trying different browsers nothing works

  Same problem to play a RG on Olympic club (18-hole, 50cr). I've forfeited it and sent a message to customer service to get back the credits.

  yep i been getting the exact same if someone disconnects from game i reload completly but just as the fairway is to appear it stays as a blues screen i have lost over 500 credits due to this as i been disqualified 3 times through no fault of my own..i have contacted wgt through the contact form on here and usually i get a conformation e-mail with a case number ...im not even getting that either now

  I had it in the last 4 of a 200cr Bracket a few days ago. The game loads to 100% but then the screen go's blue, you close the game client, open it back up but when you try to continue the same happens again and again.  The only way out was to forfeit the round. It was the same for all 4 of us that were in semi.                                                                                                   You'll probably find that all that enter the rg will have the same problem.

  Hello everyone, I joined the Ready Go Royal 200 cr 85628, to play now presents itself to me the blue screen, after half an hour of tries I forfettato, I also reported using the "submit this problem to WGT" and I may even pictures ..spero to recover 200 cr..saluti Max.

  Hello,

  same problem today with RSG 20cr-RG. So long I didn't forfeit, because I fear, I don't get back the 200cr. So my question:

  Did anyone get the credits back from wgt so long?

  I clicked on "Submit the problem to wgt", but normally there should come another field to tell them, what happened. But that doesn't work also ...

  I had the same  prob  the last two  days ... Now.... what has WGT  been  playing with again .......  when the game is fine  stop frigging playing with it  WGT    Grrrrr   ...............Tabarnac

  RG 85511 RSG, screen blue always, contact wgt @ bottom page to try for 200c back
