  same problem for me, same RG. The 200 cred RSG. More trouble to try and get my 200 creds back, since I'm going to forfeit after reading this post. Next tourney will be a free one.

  C'mon WGT, things are really slipping downhill here the past few months. I already play a lot less than I used to and am considering hardly playing at  all

  Use this link Customer Support to contact WGT with the RG number etc and you should get a refund. I got a refund when I had the same issue in the bracket I mentioned earlier in this thread.

  MANY THANKS for your help! I tried to play the round now again, but it didn't work again. So I forfeited the tournament and wrote to wgt.

  I keep you updated, if it worked. :-)

  blue screen for me too,the 200 cred RG at St,Georges looks like a no no :(

  I've been trying to play my 3rd round bracket for 6 hours intermittently  - no luck.  uninstalled flash, refresh cookies, ran cc cleaner, etc.  Then I tried my other laptop - NO LUCK.  Then I tried loading it on my Iphone App - NO LUCK.

  Something is broken.  Too bad they got an xtra 500 credits for a new sleeve of rzn's during round 1......

  yup i got the blue screen on RSG 200 RG....come on WGT...this game is absolutely a joke now.

  This game has gotten so poor as far as play quality goes its just crazy....shut the friggen thing down if your not going to fix it.

  I can complete rounds about 50% of the time now without some sort of disruption.

  Had about enough of this, your product is badly and i mean really badly flawed now and your customers are growing extremely tired of it.

  The way things are running right now anyone who plays for credits is nuts.....
