  My mistake, from and earlier post.  i commented on more disparaging remarks.

  Absolutely 100% agreed, what idiot in management came up with the idea for the lame announcer with the cornball quips.  More importantly, where do I turn that off since I didn't see a check box in the audio settings...???

  I started playing WGT when it was in beta with only a few holes on Bali Hai.  I always thought it was a stable game with minor glitches but the last few years I got distracted by the evil X-Box and just came back to WGT to find all sorts of weird bugs.  I never had my player face the wrong way, yet still hit the ball towards the green.  And I love it when the landscape won't load for a putt and all I have is an avatar and the motion grid overlay for the green.

  Speaking of old skool, what happened to the old audio "heartbeat" sound if you hit it within a few feet of the flagstick?

  C'mon WGT, I expected better when I came back...!

  Many thanks for fixing the 3 click meter. Runs well with no issues. Great job. As to the celebrations you need more taunting--If you hit it in the bunker again you will need to buy a beach badge- my 15 year old daughter hits it farther than that- how did you miss that 5 footer for birdie.etc.

  Very good update IMO compared with the last ones.

  Compared to others,i find the commentary bit very good one.Would be fun if WGT add funny sarcastic comments on bad shots,kinda give voice to our inner feelings for that damn partner in multi player games :)

  It's taken me 3 years to get used to the 2-click meter.  Is there a way to default back to it?

  Edit your equipment, there's a meter tab at the bottom. Pick the one you want.

  the commentary does make me giggle, though some times it dont seem to do much, BUT WHY OH WHY does it have a stupid american accent!

  so annoying be much funnier if it was Australian

  Gday mate that was a great drive!

  Alan, I believe these atributes are always meant "in comparison to starter gear", so every item that comes out gets the "more of everything" description.

  Thanks Jure, that explains it.  May still have gone with "outstanding precision" or something if it were me.

  Help, I'm being stalked all game by some bland individual who delivers far from witty comments in a monotone fashion, I wonder if it's possible to have him ejected from the course?
