  Good, then you won't take this as a flame. For you to only have %s in the 40s on scrambling and sand save and just about exclusively play SA, your post indicates you're just a tad full of yourself.

  Do not turn this into a smack off, I have a challenge for you. Play Merion, CBay, Oakmont, Pinehurst and CCC. Show the scores and then come back here and spout about it. Then maybe somebody will read what you say and not have to stifle guffaws.  :-)

  The whole point is that we can all get within 2 yrds of the pin on any shot if executed correctly and worked-out properly. That's ALL OF US.  YET , the deviation is such that 4/5yrds is closer to the truth. I wasn't spouting or anything like that at all - just trying to point that out to the OP.

  That is a reasonable statement but what you said originally was...
