Your "precise" problem description made me look up your bag for further explanation and I got it:
It's a very mixed bag of custom and Starter clubs, spiced with a much too expensive type of balls. It's almost inevitable that you have more problems than others at this hole. My proposal: Get rid of the Starter wedge + irons, chose Tour-SD or Srixon as your balls, then hit the tee shot as far up the slope as you can and position the second shot to the green or front left of it, probably leaving a short wedge to the pin.
