    59.000 or less.

The threshold has always been to the number, and the third decimal is necessary because the number of scores is at least 200 => minimum change = 1/200 = 0.005.

    Edit: Contratulations!!

nws Hazen...when I made Tour Pro, I posted a 9 page soliloquy in my CC forum...it was eloquent, heart-felt, moving, sincere, intense, fluent, expressive, meaningful, articulate and verbose. I left nothing in the gym.

ps...only problem was the CC had me as its' only member...oi vey

It has been my understanding all along that 200 ranked rounds as a Tour Legend is all that it takes to move up to Champion….. Becoming a Tour Champion is by WGT Invite only.  Although I do know a friend of mine that advanced to Tour Legend and just a couple of months later became a Champion. Neither he nor I think that he played 200 ranked rounds during that time thou. I don’t remember where I saw that 200 RR’s to become Champion but hey;  Who knows for sure???

Also, I think your average has to be 59 to advance ... Good Luck

Probably players who have a minimum of 200 ranked rounds that count for average at the Tour Legend tier and an average of 59.000 or lower. ;-)

I hit 200 RR's today since July '15 tier creation and advanced.

    Congrats!

And thanks for confirming the number. Those in disbelief should read the thread from the beginning (I know, four pages is a lot!) to see where the consent is.

That number - 200 - is probably the only fact of all tiers and average which has ever been confirmed by a mod by the number.

We had more problems to come to 59.000 because many of the TLs had been lower before and only had to grind out the rounds. But, to me, it's a fact, too.

May I know why they'll "regret it"?

For example, is there any difference between a Legend playing a course compared to a Champion? Are they not playing from the same tees under the same conditions?

I believe the conditions are the same for Tour Legends and Champions. But the greens are a it faster for TL and Champion than they are at Legend tier.

By the way, in the future, you might want to consider using the quote function because it makes easier to know who you're actually replying to. Just some friendly posting advice. :-)
