  OK... I really don't understand why WGT would only release th front 9 for Pebble... I mean WTF!...its not like we havnt been chomping at the bit t play the damn thing...and yea..yea..I read earlier somewhere they wanted t take some lame approach of "lets see how it goes" kind o reasoning for that...Idont know..am I missing something or isthere more to it?

  It may be weeks if not months before the back  9 is ready and they thought we had waited long enough so they gave the front 9.

  I suspect that the complete course has been ready for a while and that they are only holding it back to gain some time - grinding time for us.

  I agree. Plus, I suspect the front 9 was easier to get ready given they already had the CTTH in place.

  AFAIR, all 18 are in the two CTTHs. Furthermore, a fellow player just showed two different pics of tee #7 - there are new photos.

  For me, it's hard to believe that they announced PB for Feb '15 and aren't ready by now. It's more likely business decisions (or reasons) - voluntary delay.

  I'm just guessing here but i don't think we'll see the back 9 until September 2016. The reason i think this is that's when it's scheduled in for next years virtual tour.

  Too pessimistic Daz, being an optimist I expect to see it just before the US Open at Oakmont.

  I hope they have learnt by mistakes, took their time so everything is spot on and........

  Did 2 pin placements each hole.

  As I really think some of these older courses would be great with new pins but know it wont happen.

  But agree that as 9 were ready then get it out to the customers.

  The Front 9 looks stunning wgt have done their usual great job on the photographing and presentation,  hole 6 par 5,  what happened to the famous Tree that was just off the back of the green ?
