  Formed 27th November 2015 and already have over 100 members (capacity 150)  including a champion, because people like what we stand for,

  
  

  Our needs as a Country Club have evolved during the short time we have been going, now busy sorting the wheat from the chaff and of course with this we have learned what we do and don't want.

  
  

  If you are an active member who wishes to be part of a close knit community of like minded individuals

  If you are someone who enjoys playing both in club tournaments and games with/against other members

  Someone who will contribute to the growth of our club and become involved in our newly opened private Forum and Chatroom

  Someone who wish to take part in the events on offer such as Inter Club events/tournaments/leagues

  FATTY501:

  I have approximately 5 pending members on that list who are members.  I did query with email to WGT but short of removing them there is no way to deal with the malfunction and I am not about to do that.

  Me thinks you should consider to do so nonetheless.

  1) It's a thing of the past, of your legal attempts to win members, e.g. from that CC which disappeared some days ago,

  2) it's dead wood to your CC and a target of criticism.

  I for one wish to show for my CC that this visible part is well maintained - no "pendings".

  What would be the point in removing from pending, members in my club.  When WGT told me that would remove them from my club.  To have to go through the whole reinviting again, for the glitch to reoccurI don't think so.

   

  I did try to invite members from a dead club after one of my members informed me, those have since been removed from pending.  I do go through my pending every week and remove those that have not been taken up.

  I do not tell other club owners how to run their club, and if I receive a friend request (as in I did not send it) why should I not accept.  If upon that friend request the member messages to ask if he could join my club, my advice is usually (once vetted) yes they can provided they have left their old club.  It is also stressed by us that it is wise to speak to their old club owners and leave on good terms.

  Obviously it begs the question why the previous poster is going round checking on who I have added to my friends list?  Or why?

  Either way, if members are happy in their current club, wild horses would not drag them away in my very honest opinion.

  I have certainly been in other clubs where invites have been received which have been instantly deleted.

  I might add I am still a relatively new owner of around 6 weeks and am fast learning what is and what is not acceptable, the same as long term members should know that going on to someone else's promo thread when they are not the owner of said club is just harassment and as such will be reported.
