Money is being spent in their pro shop. Why would they care what is done with the purchases?..very odd.

A $250 amazon gift card costs 165,000 credits, the legitimate way the winners get money out of the game. 165,000 credits would cost $1,650 to buy. So instead of cashing them in at that rate some may buy equipment for others, and get in return say half the usual price in cash, and still make a tidy profit compared compared to what wgt give.
I don't know who the op is referring to but I reckon some credit winners play a bit of alt shot and gift clubs as well as balls afterwards, it may be wgt view this with suspicion. Six weeks seems a bit odd, if they have proof then it would surely be a more severe punishment and if not.......... Perhaps someone receiving a "gift" has since fallen out with the sender and told wgt they paid (screenshots maybe?), the only way I can see proof coming. Or someone who was offered and refused.
