Redeem views for credits

    There was an issue that occurred with Livegamer this morning.  They let us know about an hour ago that the issue has been fixed.

    Thanks for the good news . And now for the bad news it seems that everyone involved with this game can fix the issues with their product except WGT . Can we get a down time to fix issues with the game without having to wait until the end of the month . With all of the bugs in the game there should be one every 2 weeks .

    In your in dreams lonnie.  Just about time to roll out the next clash.  It's been a while since we've had a clash.  But will keep fingers crossed & ready to put 1 finger up at any time.

    Shoe, thanks for the update.  Do they intend to award the credits that were shorted?

    I haven't gotten the 75.  Not yet this morning.

    I sent an email to livegamer to see if I will ever get the 75 credits.  Now will just sit back & wait.

    Two days ago I got up to 100 views and clicked to redeem them for 75 credits and I got 0, nada, nothing!  It went through as usual but no credits were added to my account.  I have sent them two messages and have gotten no reply and no credits.  This upsets me!! 

    The last time they had an issue I lost over 3,000 credits because I waited to collect and when their system went down I lost them all and they never replied nor gave me my lost credits.  Not good business!!

    Same here mkg.  Sad  Even no reply for the emails I sent.  Very good business practices...  NOT.  I was polite in each email to them & shoe said it was "fixed".  Fixed or just smoke???  You be the judge.

    Customer service here at wgt as always done me right in the past, so don't give up hope.
