Redeem views for credits

    Are there any news about that? Had the same problem this morning.

    After 16 days and 2 mails I've to say that the company hasn't answered and I havn't got 75 credits during my first and 50 credits for my second attempt. I can't recommend that company.

    it's also happen to me. 2 days ago. i redeem for 75 but after 2 days nothing has change on my credits ..

    anyone can help please?

    Grrrr..happen 2 me now..redeem for 75 credit..try again redeem 5 credit..still got nothing..and try again 5 credit..WTF!still got nothing!this is BS!

    Have any of you tried a different browser because often the problems with Live Gamer are browser related.

    I have redeemed a 100 views a few weeks ago, and have mailed them twice. I did get a reply that my message has been received but still no credits on my acount.

    Will it help if i mail wgt customer service aswell?

    Yes it will.  That is what I did and let WGT support know that they never replied.

    same thing happens to me twice now.

    First time after no replys from Live Gamer I contacted WGT support who adjusted my account. However, they stated to contact Live Gamer - which I did, but nobody ever replied from there.

    I think this is another scam by WGT part. WGT should remove that Live Gamer from their website.

    I don't think Live Gamer exists any more now.  Still have the carousel but it doesn't give you any credits.
