same thing happens to me twice now.
First time after no replys from Live Gamer I contacted WGT support who adjusted my account. However, they stated to contact Live Gamer - which I did, but nobody ever replied from there.

I think this is another scam by WGT part. WGT should remove that Live Gamer from their website.
